Julia Reynolds will screen 'The Shepherd Report' part of the science fiction feature Shepherd which is being shot over two years. After the screening she will talk about creating a film world on budget and being an independent filmmaker. This first part of the film was her Masters project at WINTEC. Some of her friends and collaborators may also share their experience of the project so far and what is yet to come.
